You pay the plan price by PayPal when you subscribe, then the same amount each month or year until you cancel. Premium is $249 a year. Fullstore is $588 a year or $59 a month, B2B $1,490 or $149, Marketplace $2,990 or $299. Hosting after the free months, AI tokens beyond your allowance and custom work are billed separately.

Annual costs less (2 months free) and includes our services: product set-up, and on Fullstore and above 3 months of hosting, store maintenance and an AI token allowance. Monthly plans include the software, updates and support; services are quoted.

One set-up is one product fully configured: complete product information, printing options (pricing options) and the custom design zone (online designer areas and sides). The information comes from you, or we use sample data. We tell you in your Ticket when each one is ready.

Once a product is configured, its printing options and design zones can be applied in bulk to the other products in the same category. So we recommend choosing one product from each category for your set-ups.

Three steps. You start with your trial licence key (most customers already have one from the 30-day trial; new visitors get one free in the dashboard). You buy the plan and the same key upgrades automatically, with nothing to reinstall. The services included in your plan open a Ticket automatically, and you and the Cmsmart team set up your store together.

From your dashboard: download the Cmsmart Product Designer and, on Fullstore and above, your Cmsmart Store. Upload them in WordPress and paste your licence key to activate. On annual plans with hosting, we can install it on our VPS for you.

Yes. Beyond the set-up in your plan, our team can do: branding (logo, colours, fonts, header and footer); home page sections with your content; PayPal, shipping and tax tested before go-live; recommended free plugins installed and configured; more products set up for you; and a launch check of checkout and emails. Each service is scoped per store: open a Ticket from your dashboard and tell us what you need.

Your domain, hosting after the 3 months included on annual plans (quoted), AI token use beyond your allowance, paid third-party plugins, payout fees on Marketplace, and custom integrations or development, which are quoted.

Yes: every plan starts with a free 30-day trial of the plugin with premium features and a store in preview. Because you can test first, plans are non-refundable.

Plans renew automatically through PayPal. Cancel any time before the renewal date in your dashboard or PayPal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. You keep the same licence key and the unused value of your current plan is credited to the first period of the new plan.

We send you a hosting quote for your store, or you move it to your own hosting. If you choose neither within 14 days, the hosted store may be suspended; we keep a backup for 30 days.

Updates of our plugin and stores, compatibility with current WordPress and WooCommerce, and bug fixes in our code. Content entry, redesigns, new features, custom code and third-party plugins are quoted.

AI Preflight, Background Remover and Upscale use tokens from your Cmsmart AI wallet, and the dashboard shows the cost before each action. Annual plans come with a yearly allowance granted to your Cmsmart dashboard wallet (3,000 tokens on Premium, 20,000 tokens on Fullstore, 100,000 tokens on B2B, 200,000 tokens on Marketplace); monthly plans include none. The AI Design tab of the designer uses your own OpenAI key.

Through Tickets in your dashboard. We reply within 24 hours, or 48 hours at weekends. That is a first reply, not a fix time.

Cmsmart B2B is Fullstore plus the B2B edition: quotes, reorders, bulk order forms, company accounts, approvals, customer-group prices and the B2B Portal Store. Cmsmart Marketplace is B2B plus the Marketplace edition: vendor registration, vendor dashboards and store pages, commissions, payouts and the Marketplace Store. Both share your one licence key and are bought like any other plan.
