About this service
For print and personalisation stores that want artwork checked before production, stores already on the Cmsmart plugin that want AI tools without a separate AI account, and B2B or marketplace stores that want AI inside their own processes. AI tools do not replace the final human check of artwork; they catch problems early.

Which AI features does the Cmsmart plugin include today?
AI Print-QA/Preflight (2.10.0); Background Remover, Upscale and Preflight on your Cmsmart licence (2.12); AI access controls (2.15). Each one is described in a public release note.
Do I need an OpenAI or other AI account?
Not for the built-in tools: they use your Cmsmart licence and Cmsmart tokens. For custom integrations, we can connect a provider account that you own.
Can I stop visitors from using up my AI tokens?
Yes. Since 2.15 you can turn buyer-facing AI off completely, or limit it to signed-in members or paying customers.
Does Preflight fix artwork automatically?
The release notes describe checks, a bleed and trim preview, and one-click actions. They do not describe automatic correction. Always review files before you print.
Can you add AI to a store that does not use the Cmsmart plugin?
Yes. Custom AI integration is a WooCommerce development service and does not require the plugin.
