Service Terms for Modern E-commerce Website Design

1. Scope of Work

Our service covers end-to-end ecommerce website design and development on WooCommerce. Package inclusions vary by level (Basic, Plus, Max) and may include theme customization, checkout optimization, product setup, integrations, and support. Third-party licenses (such as Elementor Pro, Dokan Pro, or premium plugins) are not included and must be purchased separately by the client.

2. Delivery Timeline & Milestones

• Basic Package: 2–3 weeks
• Plus Package: 4–6 weeks
• Max Package: 6–10 weeks (depending on complexity)
• Projects are delivered in milestone phases: Discovery → Design → Development → Testing → Launch. Delays in providing required materials (logos, product data, content) may extend the timeline.

3. Communication and Support

All project communication is managed through the Cmsmart Project Dashboard and ticket system. Support levels are defined per package:

• Basic: Standard ticket support (1 month)
• Plus: Priority support (3 months)
• Max: Dedicated project manager and premium support (6 months)

4. Payment Terms

Package fees are one-time setup costs, with renewal fees for ongoing support and license updates.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
• Cmsmart offers a 10-day grace period for late payments before suspension of premium services.

5. Warranty and Bug Fixes

We provide a 30-day warranty after delivery for bug fixes and technical issues related to our work. This warranty does not cover problems caused by unauthorized third-party modifications or external hosting misconfigurations.

6. Custom Development & Updates

Custom features developed for your store may require additional fees to maintain compatibility after system updates. Clients are advised to consult Cmsmart before applying major updates to WooCommerce, themes, or plugins.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cmsmart offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if agreed project milestones are not delivered. Partial refunds are available for partially completed work. No refunds apply once the full scope has been delivered or for unused subscription/support time.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide branding assets (logos, fonts, colors), product data, and content before development begins.
• Ensure hosting and domain meet Cmsmart’s recommended WooCommerce requirements.
• Review and approve deliverables at each milestone to avoid delays.

9. Third-Party Licenses

Premium plugin licenses (e.g., Elementor Pro, SEO tools, shipping gateways) are not included in the service price. Cmsmart will guide you in selecting the right tools, but licenses must be purchased and managed directly by you.

10. Change Requests & Scope Adjustments

• Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Any additional development, integrations, or design adjustments beyond the original package will require a change order.
