Terms
- Scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal before any work starts.
- We work on a staging copy, or take a full backup before touching your live store.
- Communication, approvals and change requests run through tickets in your Cmsmart dashboard.
- Third-party licences (themes, plugins, fonts, hosting) are not included unless the proposal lists them.

Do I need a new theme?
Usually not. We build on your current theme or Cmsmart store preset. If the theme blocks what you need, we explain the options in the proposal.
Which page builder do you use?
The one your store already uses, or the WordPress block editor. We avoid adding a second builder.
Can the homepage link to customisable products or quote requests?
Yes. Sections can link to products that use the Cmsmart product designer, to category pages or to your quote form.
Does this include SEO?
It includes on-page structure: headings, titles and image alt text. We do not promise rankings.
