What it does
Tokens are what the AI tools spend when they work on your customers' artwork. One balance covers every tool; you top up and manage your token plan from the Cmsmart dashboard.
It lives in your Cmsmart dashboard and serves the AI tools of the Cmsmart Ecommerce plugin for WooCommerce. The Cmsmart Product Designer 2.12 release note describes what changed and how to switch it on.

How to use it
Set up once in WordPress or your Cmsmart dashboard; after that it works on your store's own orders.
- Sign in to your Cmsmart dashboard.
- Open AI & Cloud, then Usage & Tokens.
- Check your balance and plan, or add tokens.
Where it fits in a print order
The AI tools sit on the path every web-to-print order already takes, so nothing changes for your customer except fewer files coming back.
- A customer designs a product or uploads artwork in the Cmsmart designer on your store.
- The AI tools you switched on help inside the designer, for the people you allow.
- AI Print Preflight checks the file against the product's print specification.
- The order reaches your admin with its print files, ready for production.
Limits to know
- Each plan renewal replaces the balance with the plan's allowance; unused tokens, including mid-cycle top-ups, do not carry over.
- The balance is shared by all AI tools on your account.

No. One Cmsmart wallet is shared by every AI tool on your account.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. Each renewal replaces the balance with your plan's allowance, so unused tokens and mid-cycle top-ups do not carry over.
