Milestones
Each milestone shows its status and due date, with the invoice it triggers on completion.

Your project card shows overall progress, synced from the tasks and milestones our team is working on.

Proposals, estimates & invoices
Proposals and estimates are grouped by project; invoices show payment status with a PDF download.

Tickets
Questions and change requests go through tickets, each in one thread, with the project shown beside it.
Payments protected, milestone by milestone
Payment terms follow the project agreement: nothing is billed beyond what a milestone confirms.

Pay per milestone
Each milestone is invoiced on completion, and payment is required before the next phase starts.

Every invoice in your dashboard
Invoices are generated in the Cmsmart Dashboard and can be downloaded as PDF.

Refund if tasks are not delivered
A full or partial refund applies if agreed development tasks are not completed as per the confirmed task list.

Card, PayPal or bank transfer
Pay by card or PayPal, or by bank transfer, available for larger corporate clients.

15-day dispute window
Billing discrepancies are reviewed when notified within 15 days of the invoice date.
