About this service

For new Cmsmart licence holders, trial users and print shops who want the product designer working on real products quickly, set up the way experienced stores use it.

Scope

  • Plugin installation and licence activation from your Cmsmart dashboard.
  • Designer set-up on an agreed first set of products: sides, print areas, sizes and resolution.
  • Fonts and clipart uploaded (from files you have the rights to use), plus a starter set of templates.
  • Print output settings, including PDF print files on Premium.
  • Artwork approval flow and customer emails.
  • AI tools configured to your policy: AI Print-QA/Preflight (2.10.0), AI on your Cmsmart licence (2.12) and AI access controls (2.15).
  • A live walkthrough of the admin for your team.

  • Designer working on your first products, with a test order and print file.
  • Settings notes for your store.
  • An admin walkthrough session.

  • WordPress admin access.
  • Your Cmsmart licence or trial.

Terms

  • A full site backup is taken before any change.
  • Scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal before any work starts.
  • We work on a staging copy, or take a full backup before touching your live store.
  • Communication, approvals and change requests run through tickets in your Cmsmart dashboard.
  • Third-party licences (themes, plugins, fonts, hosting) are not included unless the proposal lists them.
  • You own the code and content we build for you.

    Your project runs as milestones and tasks with a project manager; progress is visible in your dashboard.

    Milestone payments

    Payment terms are set per project in your proposal; each milestone is invoiced in your dashboard and paid online with PayPal.

  • Step 5

    Support tickets

    Questions and change requests go through tickets in your dashboard, with your project's history kept.

  • Step 6

    Handover & maintenance

    After delivery and testing on your store, optional maintenance and backup are available.
