About this service

  • Installation and configuration to your business rules.
  • Compatibility checks: PHP version, WooCommerce version, theme template overrides and declared support for WooCommerce order storage (HPOS).
  • Conflict diagnosis: error logs, isolating plugins and the theme one by one.
  • Fix by configuration, a small compatibility patch, or a proposed alternative plugin.
  • Go-live with a backup and a tested rollback.

Not included: writing new plugins (see hire a dedicated WooCommerce developer) and plugin licences.

  • Several plugins or a conflict investigation: typically around 3 business days or more.
  • Your exact timeline is confirmed in the written proposal.

Terms

  • Scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal before any work starts.
  • We work on a staging copy, or take a full backup before touching your live store.
  • Communication, approvals and change requests run through tickets in your Cmsmart dashboard.
  • Third-party licences (themes, plugins, fonts, hosting) are not included unless the proposal lists them.
  • You own the code and content we build for you.
