Sellers

• Apply and get approvedSellers apply from My Account or a Sell with us page as Maker, Creator or Agency. Documents are stored privately and you approve or reject each application.
• Their own storefrontA store page with banner, logo, About and Policies, an in-store search and a place in the sellers directory.
• Products with the designer and print optionsMakers add products that buyers can personalise in the designer, pick from the print-option sets you allow, and you review new and edited products before they go on sale.
• Designs for CreatorsCreators publish designs with a royalty (percent, flat or a design fee) that Makers opt in to print.
• Proofs before printingMakers upload a proof per order line; the buyer approves it or asks for changes from My Account or an e-mail link.
• Earnings and payoutsA seller sees sales, pending and available money, then requests a payout. PayPal Payouts and Stripe Connect are built in, or you pay by hand.

Buyers

• One cart, one paymentProducts from several sellers sit in one cart, each marked Sold by its seller, and are paid in one checkout.
• Shipping by sellerEvery Maker ships with their own rate and the order shows one shipment per Maker, with tracking when the Maker enters it.
• Follow sellersBuyers follow the stores they like and manage the list in My Account.
• Design galleryBuyers browse designs by Creators, filter by tag, product type, licence and Creator, and choose a licence when they order.
• Reviews, messages and disputesA rating for each shipped order, a message thread with the Maker, and a dispute a manager can settle with a full or partial refund.

Operator

• Commissions and royaltiesFee rules by seller type, category, seller or product, in percent, flat or both, and an append-only ledger of every sale, fee, royalty and refund.
• Payout batchesBuild a batch from requests, review and approve it, then send it through PayPal Payouts or Stripe Connect, or mark manual payments paid; lines reconcile to the ledger.
• Routing to print partnersNetwork mode (off by default) sends your own products to partner Makers by rules: product or category, capability, zone, lowest cost or round robin.
• ModerationReview queues for products and designs, ratings moderation, a takedown queue with strikes for reported designs.
• ImportersMove sellers from Dokan, WCFM Marketplace, MultiVendorX, WC Vendors or YITH with a dry run first.
• IP licensingStandard, Commercial and Exclusive licences with printable certificates, ownership declarations and duplicate checks that flag for review.
