The challenge
Foto Firinaiu operates both a physical retail shop and a comprehensive online platform for personalized gift and photo printing services. Catering to a variety of customer needs, they offer products ranging from traditional photo prints to creative merchandise like custom T-shirts and mugs. However, the original online ordering process was convoluted and barriers in service discovery prevented customers from fully utilizing all available products. In response to these challenges, the need for a more intuitive, efficient online experience became clear.
The objective was to refine the online user experience by improving service visibility and optimizing the ordering process. This encompassed reducing customer friction during product selection and artwork submission. Enhancing the overall workflow was essential to facilitate better engagement and conversion rates.
What we built
CMSMART implemented a refined e-commerce solution that streamlined the online ordering process for Foto Firinaiu. They created a user-friendly interface that effectively showcased the extensive range of products and services. The upgrade included streamlined categories and a clear interface for customers to easily navigate, select, and customize their desired products.
The implementation was carried out in high-level phases that began with an analysis of the existing ordering workflows. CMSMART focused on identifying and addressing various pain points, followed by the design and integration of solutions aimed at enhancing customer interaction. Following the technical development, testing phases ensured that the new system worked smoothly for users.
The improved e-commerce platform aligns seamlessly with Foto Firinaiu’s workflow, allowing for a straightforward progression from quotation to image proofing, production, and fulfillment. This transformation has not only enhanced the customer experience but has also equipped Foto Firinaiu with a robust structure for showcasing their extensive service offerings, reinforcing their reputation in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
