The challenge
The client operates within the beverage industry, focusing on providing unique and customizable products. Customers often require a straightforward process for placing orders and designing their merchandise online. However, the original website's structure hindered the visibility of various services and complicated the ordering journey, potentially leading to customer frustration and abandoned carts.
The primary goal was to redesign the online presence to improve user discoverability and streamline the purchasing process. This included a focus on facilitating easy access to product customization and an efficient ordering workflow.
What we built
Cmsmart was engaged to revamp the client’s website to better align with their business goals. We implemented a user-friendly interface that simplifies the navigation and enhances product visibility. The new design allows users to quickly find services, select products, and upload artwork for printing without confusion.
The integration process was executed in several phases. Initially, we conducted an analysis of the existing website to identify pain points. Based on findings, we partnered with the client through collaborative design sessions, focusing on layout optimization and user experience refinement. The implementation of the upgraded website was followed by thorough testing to ensure that all features functioned smoothly before launch.
