The challenge
Reprotel operates as an online commercial printer specializing in digital and offset printing services. With over 25 years of experience, the company offers a diverse array of products such as business cards, brochures, signage, and other branded materials. Their online platform, designed for easy quotation and order management, plays a pivotal role in how customers interact with their services.
The main objective was to enhance the customer experience throughout the ordering process, making it easier to navigate their extensive catalog of print products, upload designs, and finalize orders. The focus was on creating a seamless flow that reduces manual steps and time-consuming processes.
What we built
CMSMART implemented strategies to refine Reprotel’s online ordering experience by reorganizing product categories and optimizing the customer journey. These enhancements included restructuring the catalog, simplifying ordering steps, and integrating features for easy design uploads and customizable product options.
The implementation started with an analysis of Reprotel’s existing workflow and customer feedback. This was followed by the reorganization of product categories to ensure clarity. Subsequent development involved enabling artwork upload functionalities and optimizing the online pricing engine. Testing was conducted to confirm usability and smooth operation.
With the revamped ordering system, customers can efficiently generate quotes, submit artwork, and begin production upon payment confirmation. Reprotel’s approach aligns with their commitment to delivering quality service promptly, establishing a trusted and user-friendly experience for both corporate and retail clientele.
