The challenge
The Print Remedy, based in Lorain, Ohio, operates as a print services provider and broker, delivering a wide range of custom print products primarily for small businesses and musicians. With a robust service offering that includes business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, stickers, and custom apparel, the company faced challenges in communicating its breadth of services effectively online. The existing website structure was hindering customer navigation and complicating the ordering process, particularly for those unfamiliar with the print industry.
The primary objective was to enhance the online shopping experience, making it easier for customers to discover the full range of print services offered. The Print Remedy aimed to increase user engagement, simplify the ordering process, and reduce barriers for customers, ultimately supporting their growth and enabling them to serve their clients better.

Cmsmart provided a comprehensive redesign of The Print Remedy's online platform, emphasizing improved usability and service visibility. The new structure facilitates better categorization of products, intuitive navigation, and a seamless ordering experience. Key features included refined options for product customization, an online design interface, and a straightforward artwork upload feature.
The implementation was carried out in several phases, starting with an in-depth analysis of customer needs and existing pain points. Following this, Cmsmart worked closely with The Print Remedy to design a user-friendly interface that would improve product visibility and customer engagement.
