The challenge
The client is a business aiming to enhance its offerings in the custom product design sector, allowing customers to create personalized items tailored to their specific needs. However, the existing online ordering system lacked clarity and efficiency, hindering customer satisfaction and increasing the likelihood of cart abandonment.
The primary objectives were to simplify the ordering process, improve the categorization of services, and ensure users could easily upload their artwork while exploring product options. The goal was to deliver a streamlined experience that would foster greater engagement and conversion rates.
What we built
Through a collaborative effort, Cmsmart implemented tailored strategies designed to enhance the online experience for potential customers. Key improvements included a restructured product catalog that allowed for easier navigation and exploration of services, as well as a streamlined artwork upload feature that simplified the design submission process.
