Despite their diverse offerings, the ordering experience was hindered by complicated navigation, making it challenging for customers to engage effectively with their services, which included business cards, flyers, banners, and various personalized gifts.

The primary objective was to streamline the customer journey, making it easier for clients to find the services they sought, and to facilitate a straightforward ordering process. AFIMAGEN aimed to reduce customer friction while enhancing the visibility of their extensive service offerings.

CMSMART engaged with AFIMAGEN to revamp their online platform comprehensively. This involved restructuring the service catalog to enhance service discoverability, creating a more intuitive ordering process that enabled customers to easily upload designs and select product specifications. The solution included significant enhancements to product configuration and artwork submission processes, ensuring a smoother customer interaction.
