The challenge
The custom printing industry is highly competitive, with customers seeking simplicity and efficiency in their online interactions. Our client aimed to modernize their online platform to offer quick and easy access to customizable printing services, including business cards, flyers, posters, and signage.
The primary goal was to enhance the customer experience by streamlining the ordering process, making it easier for users to find, customize, and order products. Additionally, the integration of an improved design upload feature and clear service categorization was vital to meet and exceed customer expectations.
What we built
CMSMART worked closely with the client to develop a more user-friendly online ordering system. We focused on improving product discoverability and reducing friction in the customer journey. Key solutions included:
