Can I import my DesignNBuy templates into Cmsmart?
The DesignNBuy pages we read do not describe exporting or importing designs, templates or orders from other tools. Integration is by web services and an API, and onboarding hours are included by plan. For a move, templates and catalogue are rebuilt in Cmsmart.
Will my customers' saved designs move?
Saved designs are tied to the format of the tool that made them, so we agree with you which ones are worth recreating and rebuild those. Customers can start new designs from the migrated templates.
Do I have to change my store platform?
DesignNBuy is a full web-to-print stack that can run its own storefront or connect to WooCommerce. If your storefront is already on WooCommerce, only the designer and print workflow change; otherwise the store moves to WooCommerce as well.
What does the switch cost?
Cmsmart does not publish a price list for services. The switch is quoted per project after a free assessment, based on your catalogue, templates and integrations, with no obligation.
Is Cmsmart a better choice than DesignNBuy?
Not in every case. In our reading, DesignNBuy is best for: Commercial, packaging and large-format printers who want a full web-to-print stack with a choice between a licence and a subscription.
